Develop a compelling, emotionally resonant campaign for a treatment indicated for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and adults with active psoriatic arthritis. The campaign must elevate awareness of the physical and emotional burden of disease while positioning the treatment as a transformative option that helps patients reclaim comfort, confidence, movement, and control in their daily lives.

Patients don’t just want clearer skin or reduced joint pain- they want to feel like themselves again. They want to move freely, show up confidently, and reconnect with moments they’ve avoided because of their condition.

This campaign began with a photo shoot featuring both female and male patients living life to the fullest, demonstrating that psoriasis does not define them or stand in the way of their everyday experiences. The resulting photography was incorporated into a vibrant grid of multicolored squares, creating a positive, uplifting visual expression of the patient journey. This distinctive look and feel was then extended across print, digital, and video platforms to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand experience.

THE ASK

The campaign raised awareness of the impact of plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis beyond visible symptoms.

  • Encouraged patients to speak with their healthcare provider about treatment options.

  • Positioned the brand as a modern, effective therapy that helps patients regain freedom and self-expression.

  • Drove emotional connection while reinforcing credibility.
